This week marks the first phase of a major shift at SB Physio — we’re officially rolling out a fully digital scheduling and intake system.

Our goal? To give patients more autonomy, more access, and a smoother experience from start to finish.

Now, instead of phone calls or waiting on a reply, patients can:

  • Schedule appointments online

  • View real-time availability

  • Join an active waitlist and get notified if an earlier spot opens

  • Complete intake forms and payments in one place

  • Manage all of it through our new patient app

We’ve shifted scheduling control to our patients — because care should happen on your time, not just ours. When an earlier appointment becomes available, the system automatically offers it to eligible patients. You decide if it works for your schedule — no phone tag, no delays.

This change also helps us run more efficiently behind the scenes — reducing administrative backlogs and freeing up staff to focus more on supporting your care.

And while the rollout hasn’t been as smooth as we hoped, we’re improving every day. If you’ve experienced delays or tech hiccups, thank you for sticking with us. This is just the beginning of a better system — and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
