Core Foundations is a 35-minute Pilates-inspired mat class designed to improve posture, core strength, and functional movement. Taught by Julia DePaoli, PT, DPT, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, this class blends classical Pilates with clinical expertise.

Whether you're coming off an injury, looking to support your back and hips, or simply want to move more intentionally — this class is for you.

Meet Your Instructor: Julia DePaoli, PT, DPT

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (450-hour comprehensive certification, Studio du Corps Pilates, 2017)

  • Expert in core integration, post-rehab conditioning, and functional mobility

What to Expect

  • Mat-based exercises that emphasize alignment, breath control, and core engagement

  • Small-group format (max 6 participants) for individualized attention
