Private-pay patients have access to the earliest available appointments and consistent scheduling options.

In-network appointments are scheduled based on provider availability and insurance participation, with waitlist options available.

To request an appointment with Dr. Art Van Leuven, please text our office directly. Dr. Van Leuven works exclusively with private-pay patients and his schedule is not visible online.

This allows you to schedule directly with your treating PT to continue your plan of care.
