Fit for Life: Summer Strength Series

A special 8-week class led by Dr. Kimberlee McCoy

Join us this summer for a limited-run series designed for adults who want to build strength safely and effectively—especially those managing old injuries, maintaining bone health, or new to strength training. Whether you're returning to movement after time away or just getting started, you'll find a welcoming, judgment-free space to rediscover your strength.

Led by Dr. Kimberlee McCoy, PT, DPT, OCS, each 35-minute session blends foundational strength training with expert, individualized guidance. You’ll work on:

  • Core stability

  • Posture and joint health

  • Bone density

  • Full-body functional strength

You'll also gain confidence using weights—even if they’ve felt intimidating in the past.

Class Details

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Schedule: Tuesdays at 9:40 AM & Fridays at 11:00 AM

  • Class Length: 35 minutes

  • Start Date: May 20, 2025

  • Instructor: Dr. Kimberlee McCoy, PT, DPT, OCS

  • Cost: $30 per class or $200 for a bundle of 8 classes

  • Capacity: Limited to 6 participants

  • Additional class times may be added if capacity is reached.
