🕒 Class Schedule (6x/week!)

  • Monday, Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday: 1:00 – 1:50 PM

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 11:40 – 12:30 AM
    (Subject to change – check the live schedule for current openings)

All sessions are drop-in style, but RSVP is required.
