Introducing VALD ForceDecks — Measurable Recovery Starts Here
At SB Physio, we’re committed to giving patients access to the best recovery tools available. VALD ForceDecks bring objective strength and balance testing into your care — providing clear, measurable data that helps guide recovery, identify imbalances, and improve performance outcomes.
What Are ForceDecks?
ForceDecks are dual force plates that record how your body produces and controls force. In just seconds, they capture detailed information on strength, balance, power, and symmetry — giving you and your therapist real-time insights to support smarter, more individualized care.
How It Works
During a simple movement — such as a squat, jump, or single-leg stance — the ForceDecks measure output from each leg individually. The system analyzes the data instantly, revealing:
Left–right balance and asymmetries
Strength deficits after injury or surgery
Rate of force development (how quickly you generate power)
Control and stability during movement
Why It Matters
ForceDecks add objective data to complement your therapist’s expertise. They help confirm progress, uncover weak links, and support confident return-to-activity decisions — whether your goal is full recovery or better movement performance.
Available Through Physio+ and Performance Programs
ForceDecks testing is available exclusively to SB Physio patients enrolled in our Physio+ membership, as well as performance clients not using insurance who want measurable insight into strength, balance, and recovery progress.
Whether you’re rehabbing from an injury or training for performance, ForceDecks provide objective data to guide your next step — safely and efficiently.
Who It’s For
ForceDecks testing is ideal for:
Patients recovering from injury or surgery who want objective progress tracking
Active individuals returning to sport or higher-level activity
Performance clients seeking to improve movement quality and reduce injury risk
SB Physio — redefining PT through innovation, technology, and measurable results.
Disclaimer:
ForceDecks testing is an elective service available through the Physio+ membership or as a standalone performance session. It is not billed to insurance and does not affect access to or quality of care for any SB Physio patient.
